1. Commercial Terms of Service
QubitFlow provides a Quantum-Ready Hybrid Optimization API-as-a-Service ("Service") for Capacitated Vehicle Routing with Time Windows (CVRPTW), Workforce & Healthcare Shift Scheduling, Discrete Portfolio Allocation, and Binary Quadratic Model (BQM / Ising) optimization.
1.1 API Entitlements & Idempotency Protection
Developer Sandbox ($0/month): Includes up to 250 verified solves/month, 250 binary QUBO variables per solve, and 30 RPM sliding-window rate limit.
Production Growth ($299/month + metered overage): Includes 10,000 verified solves/month ($0.005/solve thereafter), up to 2,048 binary QUBO variables, and 300 RPM.
Quantum Enterprise ($1,950/month): Includes 1,000,000 verified solves/month, 4,096+ binary variables, 2,000 RPM, and Cloud QPU pass-through routing.
Zero Double-Billing Guarantee: Any request replayed with an identical Idempotency-Key and payload hash returns a cached response (X-Idempotent-Replay: true) and is never metered twice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Customers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time via the Self-Serve Billing Portal or by emailing billing@getqubitflow.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no cancellation penalty.
2.2 The "Yesterday's-CSV Challenge" 8% Route Compression Guarantee
For new Production Growth and Quantum Enterprise logistics customers participating in the Yesterday's-CSV Challenge (`/challenge`), if QubitFlow's Hybrid BQM Engine does not demonstrate at least an 8.0% reduction in total fleet route cost or mileage compared to your uploaded sequential dispatch baseline—while maintaining zero hard time-window or vehicle-capacity violations as verified by our Classical HiGHS MILP gate—you are entitled to a 100% full refund of your first month's subscription fee upon request within 30 days.
3. Data Privacy & Zero-PII Operational Processing Policy
QubitFlow is engineered under strict data-minimization principles for logistics, healthcare, and financial enterprises:
No Patient or Customer PII Required: Our optimization endpoints and Shadow Pilot CSV/XLSX importer require only anonymized node IDs, coordinates, demand quantities, shift skill codes, and time-step windows.
Zero Third-Party Model Training: Customer optimization payloads and uploaded spreadsheets are used strictly to compile and solve your BQM/Ising instances and generate your Proof-of-Value audit reports. We never sell or share customer data with third parties.
Data Deletion Requests: Tenants may request immediate cryptographic erasure of all stored job logs and Shadow Pilot reports at any time via security@getqubitflow.io or security@getqubitflow.com.
Zero Plaintext API Key Storage: API keys issued via `/v1/billing/keys` are displayed once at creation. Only the public `key_prefix` and a keyed HMAC-SHA256 digest are stored on disk, and all incoming requests are authenticated in constant time via hmac.compare_digest.
Stripe Webhook Signature Verification: All billing webhooks (`/v1/billing/webhooks/stripe`) verify the `Stripe-Signature` header using HMAC-SHA256 and enforce idempotent event deduplication.
100% Classical Feasibility Gate: Every solution produced by stochastic or quantum-inspired solvers is audited by an independent Constraint Verifier and Classical HiGHS MILP fallback before returning to the client.
